Breakfast of champions.Adobos de casa is a fixed place on everyone's visit to Arequipa, the adobo is delicious in this place, unique and very strong flavor. The photos describe much better than I can write in this comment... The marinade is accompanied with a very crunchy and rich artisanal bread, a very different flavor from the bread you can find in Lima, the pork rinds were good, very well seasoned and not at all greasy, they accompany it with baked potatoes and mountain canchita.To avoid having digestive problems, after eating you can request a glass of anise for only 2 soles and it goes down super well.

The marinade is very delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is good. We usually go on other days too, when they sell broths and dried lamb with beans. It does not disappoint, we have been customers for years and it preserves the flavor, congratulations to the owners

Good place, excellent food, also very good service. The only downside would be that the mosquitoes hit you hard. Maybe if they had repellent on hand it would be better.
